\frac{\sqrt[]{2x}}{\sqrt[]{x-2}}=2

We will square both sides to cancel the roots


\frac{(\sqrt[]{2x})^2}{(\sqrt[]{x-2)^2}}=(2)^2

Power 2 will cancel the square roots on the left side


(2x)/(x-2)=4

By using cross multiplication
