2x(5x - 2) + 3(5x - 2)

(5x - 2) is common, so we will factor it out

(5x - 2)(2x+3)

A polynomial is prime if it cannot be factor with rational, integer or real coefficients.

Hence, the polynomial given is NOT prime.
