Solve for y:

1/3y = 6 (x - 1/6)

solve for y

that means -----> isolate the variable y

we have

\begin{gathered} (1)/(3)y=6\cdot(x-(1)/(6)) \\ \text{Multiply both sides by 3} \\ y=18\cdot(x-(1)/(6)) \\ y=18x-3 \end{gathered}

therefore

the answer is

y=18x-3

Please, Do you understand all the steps so far?

do you see the answer tab?
