To evaluate an expression for a set of values we need to use said values on the place of the variables for the expression. In this case we need to evaluate "z(6 - y)" when y=3 and z = 5, so we will do as below:


\begin{gathered} z(6-y) \\ 5(6-3) \\ 5(3)=15 \end{gathered}

The expression is equal to 15 when y = 3 and z = 5.
