Solve for X 3y = -3x + 6

3y = -3x + 6 ​

Subtracting 6 at both sides

3y - 6 = -3x + 6 ​- 6

3y - 6 = -3x

Dividing by -3 at both sides,


\begin{gathered} (3y-6)/(-3)=(-3x)/(-3) \\ (3y)/(-3)-(6)/(-3)=x \\ -y+2=x \end{gathered}
