The relationship between variance and standard deviation is shown below:

Standard Deviation is denoted as:

\sigma

Variance is:

\sigma^2

Given, standard deviation = 3.2

Thus, to find variance, we simply take its square!

So,

\sigma^2=3.2^2=10.24
