(6.6*10^5)/(3.3*10^(15))

We can use the following property of exponents:

\begin{gathered} x^y\cdot y^z=x^(y+z) \\ a^(-x)=(1)/(a^x) \end{gathered}

So:

(6.6*10^5)/(3.3*10^(15))=(6.6)/(3.3)*10^(5-15)=2*10^(-10)

Answer:

2x10⁻¹⁰
