The electron configuration of Na ion (Na+) in its ground state is:

1s^22s^22p^6

Since Na ion have 10 electrons, as it has lost 1 electron.

If it had not lost that one electron (Na), the electron configuration would be: 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s1
