First isomer: Boiling point 78.2 °C, ethanol

Second isomer: Boiling point -25°C, dimethyl ether

Here, ethanol is more soluble in water because alcohol contains hydrogen bondings. Thus, hydrogen bonding is not possible in dimethyl ether
