Photosynthesis

The chloroplast cntains ordered stakcs called granae. Granae consist sof sac-loike membranes known as thylakoid membranes. These membranes contain photosystems, which are groups of molecules that include chlorophyll, agreen pigment. The light reactions of photosynthesis occur in the tyhlakoid hmembranes.
