Smoking can effect the heart and other organs such as our lungs because of the toxic air we are in hailing into our body and it gets into our brain also (which is terrible/ and not good).

Smoking affects the heart by contributing to the formation of plaque in blood vessels, what can lead to coronary heart diseases due to the lack of space in them to carry blood. Moreover, it can cause blood to become more dense and form clots in the circulatory system, what in the worse of the cases can cause thrombosis.
