You either eat something or touch some thing that your body does not really like and disagrees with. Including when people have sensitive skin, and when they use the wrong type of skin care, or they use certain harsh ingredients that can cause severe to moderate skin irritation. Especially when you eat foods and there is a certain allergen and you get a reaction. If you don’t know what your allergic to, You should get an allergy test at your regular doctors office.

Answer:

Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign substance — such as pollen, bee venom or pet dander — or a food that doesn't cause a reaction in most people. Your immune system produces substances known as antibodies.
