∵ RSTU is congruent to WXYZ

∴ The transformation is a translation, or a reflection, or a rotation because

the size of the shape doesn't change

∵ The image of point R is the point W and they are on opposite sides

of the y-axis, then there is a reflection on the y-axis

∵ The image of RSTU is WXYZ at the right of it and down, then there

is a translation to the right and down

Let us find the translation

∵ R = (-3, 0) and its image W = (4, -4)

The reflection on the y-axis will change the sign of x

∴ R' = (3, 0)

∵ 4 - 3 = 1 and -4 - 0 = -4

∴ It moves 1 unit right and 4 units down

The transformation is a reflection about the y-axis and translation 1 unit right and 4 units down

r → y-axis, then T (x + 1, y - 4)
