The given sets are


\begin{gathered} Domain=\lbrace x:x\in R,0\leq x\rbrace \\ \\ Range=\lbrace y:y\in R,0\leq y\leq3\rbrace \end{gathered}

To write them in the inequality form we just write the last part


\begin{gathered} Domain:x\ge0 \\ \\ Range:0\leq y\leq3 \end{gathered}

For the interval form, we will use { ] with the inequality sign that has = with it and we will use ( ) with the inequality sign without =


\begin{gathered} Domain=[0,\infty) \\ \\ Range=[0,3] \end{gathered}
