Using thales theorem:


\begin{gathered} (24)/(28)=(x+8)/(3x-9) \\ 24(3x-9)=28(x+8) \\ 72x-216=28x+224 \\ 44x=440 \\ x=(440)/(44) \\ x=10 \\ PR=3(10)-9=21 \end{gathered}
