In this case, we are talking of food chain, so phytoplankton is a photosynthetic organism, an autotroph, therefore is a producer, now the zooplankton is the primary consumer, which makes the minnows a secondary consumer and in turn, the Walleye pike fish is a tertiary consumer. Taking this into account we can say that the correct answer is option B.
