Answer: x > 19/4

First we want to rearrange the terms:

6 - 4x < -13

-4x + 6 < -13

Now we want to subtract 6 on both sides:

-4x + 6 < -13

-4x + 6 - 6 < -13 - 6

Now, when we subtract the numbers, we simplify:

-4x < -19

We we want to divide both sides by the same factor, and flip the relation because the factor is negative:

-4x / -4 < -19 / -4

Now we simplify:

x > 19/4
