to answer this you will have to divide 7 by 4/5 to get your answer

7/1 divided by 4/5 can also be written as 7/1 • 5/4 which will equal 35/4 which simplifies to 8 3/4

therefore it’ll take 8 3/4 laps to run 7 miles.
