Answer: (-3, 1.5)

Explanation:

In order to the find the midpoint, you must add each coordinate to the other coordinate of the same type, then divide by 2.

In this example, to find the x-coordinate, you add -5.5 and -0.5. Doing this, you get -6. Then, you would divide by 2 to get -3.

To find the y coordinate, you would add the y-coordinates, -6.1 and 9.1. Doing this, you get 3, and when you divide it by 2, you get 1.5.

So, the answer is (-3, 1.5)
