What should a speaker most avoid in order to give an effective speech

Stuttering, swaying from side to side or constantly moving , eating up words and constantly saying uhm or uh between words and /or sentences . Such delivery of a speech suggests that the speaker isn’t confident and is unprepared. The speaker should be loud , clear , bold and their words should fill the room they’re speaking in . Doing this guarantees an effective speech !
