What interactions, reactions, and reflections do you need to see from your peers? What do you need from them in order to engage in meaningful, respectful discourse?

I need my peers to be kind and understanding. It is difficult for me to focus when there are multiple people talking or distracting. I also need my peers to understand that I sometimes may explain something that might sound odd to them, but makes sense to me.
