To find it you have to ADD all of your numbers and DIVIDE it by the total number you have in your data plot.


3 + -10 + -2 + 13 + 11 / 5

= 3 - 10 - 2 + 13 + 11 / 5

= -7 - 2 + 13 + 11 / 5

= -9 + 13 + 11 / 5

= 4 + 11 / 5

= 15 / 5

= 3
