Explanation:

(x1, y1) = (4, 1)

(x2, y2) = (1, 3)

m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) = (3 - 1) / (1 - 4) = 2 / (-3) = -2/3

Note that we used the point with the bigger x as the "first" point. It does not change the result.
