Integers are defined as whole numbers which excludes out fractions and decimals. Atie’s vague statement does not describe that fact. Instead, Atie implies that all negative numbers, like -1.5, are considered integers. Hence her error is considering that all negative numbers (which may be fractions or decimals) are integers when in reality, only all whole numbers that are negative are integers.
