What is the difference in meaning between
"Wouldn't I still be me?" and "Would I still be me?"

The first implies that the narrator believes that they will still be themself and is only slightly doubtful

The second implies that the narrator is questioning whether they will still be themself/is more unsure

in that wouldn’t sentence it kind of seems like your saying your not and in that would sentence it seems like your asking a question
