How do I resolve -2x+7=4x-2

x = 9/6

Explanation:

1) Separate and add the like terms together. X terms on one side, regular numbers on the other. Do this by adding 2x to both sides and adding 2 to both sides.

7 + 2 = 4x + 2x

2) Add together the like terms.

9 = 6x

3) Divide both sides by 6.

9/6 = x

x = 9/6
