Answer: S (22, -2)

Explanation:

R ( -6, -9 ), M ( 8, -5.5 )

M-R=

(8-(-6), -5.5-(-9))=

(8+6, -5.5+9)=(14, 3.5)

(8, -5.5)+(14, 3.5)=(22, -2)

S=(22, -2)
