If there are 3 line, the 1st and 2nd line are parallel to each other, the third line are parallel to the 2nd line, does that mean all 3 line are parallel to each other?

Yes! Just like if I told you three shapes, and that one and two are circles, and then I told you the third was the same as the second, they would all be circles!
