Ok so break up the 19% into three parts 10% 5% and 4 1%
10 percent of 24 is 2.40 (move decimal point one over)
5 percent is half of that which would be 1.20
1 percent is .24 (move decimal point over twice) that 4 times is .96
2.40+1.20+0.96=4.56
