First you need to distribute the power on the first bracket, then to make it easier you rearrange the equation into fraction

so it will look like that :
(3^(5).2^(5) )/(3^(2).2^(3) )

and there is a rule that says:

To divide exponents (or powers) with the same base, subtract the exponents.


(a^(m) )/(a^(n) ) = a^(m-n)


=3^(5-2).2^(5-3) \\= 3^(3).2^(2)
