you can use fractional distillation which is when you a liquid from a mixture of two or more liquids. we can use their boiling points, alcohol has a boils at 87 celsius which is lower than waters boiling point, 100 celsius. when bringing the mixture to a boil, alcohol will escape first and be trapped and distilled. when the alcohol is still boiling the temp stays at 87 and doesnt rise. the temp only rises when the alcohol evaporates.
