Explanation:
2/3 x 5/5 = 10/15
1/5 x 3/3 = 3/15
10/15 + 3/15 = 13/15

6 + 8 = 14 cars total
so 6/14 of the cars are red, and if it needs to be simplified, then 3/7
(6 divided by 2 is 3 & 14 divided by 2 is 7)
