To find the percent of NOT creamy:

35(total peanut butter) - 28(creamy) = 7

Question now is: 7 is what % of 35?

Formula = a(part) = p(percent)*w(whole)

p = a/w

7/35 = 0.2

0.2 is a decimal so multiply by 100 to get 20%
