A jar of one face cream contains 27% moisturizer, and another type contains 22% moisturizer. How many ounces of each should be combined to get 5 oz of a cream that is 24% moisturizer?

Answer: Three ounces of the 22% and two ounces of the 27%.

Explanation:

If you add 22+22+22+27+27 you get 120

and then divide that by 5 and to get 24%

If you need a larger explanation, let me know.

Hope this helps!
