Answer: If someone is exercising 3 times a week, chances are they are also taking part in other healthy activities.

Explanation: This can include diet, and sufficient amount of sleep. Also, if someone has time to work out many times a week, they probably have a lot of free time, and therefore, less stress from work or school. All of these things affect your lifespan; it isn't a direct cause of the exercising.
