The gut and the gullet are both parts of the digestive system. The gut refers to the entire digestive tract, including the stomach and intestines. The gullet, on the other hand, also known as the esophagus, is the tube that connects the mouth to the stomach.

Answer: The esophagus (gullet) is one of the few organs traversing 3 regions of the body: the neck, thorax, and abdomen

The gut is a part of the digestive system that breaks down the foods we eat and absorbs nutrients that support our body’s functions. So the gullet is like a tube that has 3 ways it can go and the gut breaks down food.
