Answer: 71

Explanation:

We can call the smallest integer x

That makes the 4 integers: x, x+1, x+2, and x+3

So 278=x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)

278=x+x+1+x+2+x+3

278=4x+6

272=4x

x=68

so the smallest integer is 68 and the largest is x+3 so 68+3=71
