3x + 4y + 16 = 0

Explanation:

The line passes through (-4, -1), (0, -4) & (4, -7). Just pick any 2 of the points and use this formula:


\boxed{(y-y_1)/(y_2-y_1) =(x-x_1)/(x_2-x_1) }

I use (0, -4) & (4, -7) <results are going to be the same regardless which pair of points you use>


(y-(-4))/(-7-(-4)) =(x-0)/(4-0)


(y+4)/(-3) =(x)/(4)


4(y+4)=-3x


4y+16=-3x


3x+4y+16=0
