Unless you mean 7 / (2x^2 - 16x + 30), then

7 / (2x^2 - 16x + 30) =7 / 2 ((x - 3)(x - 5)

- this has asymptotes ate x = 3 and x = 5 so

the domain will be -∝ to ∝ except for x = 3 and x = 5

which can be written as

(-∝, 3) U (3, 5) U (5, ∝)
