Answer: During the Second World War, or technically pre-mature to the US entering it, the Japanese occupied Korea and used their female population as "morale boosters" for the troops. This means that they used the females as bed slaves for their forces. This is by far one of their worst atrocities but they also did things such as the death marches in Bataan, I suggest you look into that as well.
