Sally used 16/7 chocolate

2 2/7 = (2*7)+2)/7 = 16/7

Carla used 26/10 or 13/5 chocolate

2 6/10=(2*10)+6)/10 = 26/10= 13/5

to answer we put the 2 fractions with the common denominator 35

Sally: 16/7 = 80/35

Carla: 13/5 = 91/35

It was Carla who used more chocolate to make her cake
