The answer would be 21 because 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 and you would keep the ones that are multiples of 3 so you would have 18, 21, and 24 left and they can’t be 6, 12, 18, 24 and so you have 21 left and so 21 is the answer

The answer is 21. 21/3 =7 21/6 = 3.5 which doesn’t count
