Answer: Cómo estás? or Cómo te va? = How are you? or, How's it going?

Explanation: Como means how, and estás means are you. Combining those two gives you "How are you?" since you have the question mark too. (the question mark changes a lot)
Explanation 2: As in the last one como means how, but with te va meaning "you go" it translates to "hows it going" which gives you your answer
