Answer: 34.848484, or 34
(28)/(33)

Explanation:

The given aquarium is 9x11x14, which equals out to 1386
in^(3).

The unknown aquarium is 23x25x28, which equals out to 16100
in^(3).

If it takes the hose 3 minutes to fill 1386
in^(3), then it fills the aquarium at a rate of 1386/3=462
in^(3) per minute.

If we take the unknown aquarium divided by the rate, we can find the time it will take to fill it, 16100/462= 34.848484, or 34
(28)/(33)
