2+\cfrac{3}{4}x=\cfrac{9}{10}\implies 2+\cfrac{3x}{4}=\cfrac{9}{10} \\\\\\ \stackrel{\textit{multiplying both sides by }\stackrel{LCD}{20}}{20\left( 2+\cfrac{3x}{4} \right)=20\left( \cfrac{9}{10} \right)}\implies 40+15x=18
