Answer:

lead (2) carbonate is reacted with nitric acid to make what is called lead nitrate Pb(NO3)2 in solid form.

solid lead (2) nitrate Pb(NO3)2 is then extracted and treated with diluted Hydrochloric acid to make lead (2) chloride and nitric acid.

these are the two chemical reactions

PbCO3+2NHO3→Pb(NO3)2+H2O+CO2

Pb(NO3)2+2HCl→PbCl2+2HNO3
