Wrote answer in picture, but main concepts you need to know to solve are:
-supplementary angles: m-triangle = 180
-multiple variable equations and how to turn them into a single variable equations

Answer:

h = 55

Explanation:

interior angle of any triangle is 180°

straight line measures 180° as well

the two missing angles of this triangle is denote by

180 - 40 = 140

140/2 = 70

2h + 70 = 180

2h = 180 - 70

2h = 110

h =55
