in a chemical reaction, 27.31g of chemical A combine with 19.60mg of chemicals B to make 46.91 g of chemical C. Does this uphold the law of conversation?

No.
The law of conservation is about not losing any material .. because you start with 27.31g and 19.6mg you have to convert 19.6mg to grams which is 1.96x10^-5g so you have 2.93x10^-6 g to start.. but you’re ending with 46.91g.
It’s a trick question because if you just add 27.31 and 19.6 you get 46.91 but the conversation of the mg to g makes a big difference.. and it does not uphold the law of conservation.
