We can edit the current salaries named range so it refers to cells b2:b6 on the salaries worksheet as follows:

  1. Formulas tab - defined names group
  2. Go to the Name Manager button
  3. Click current salaries
  4. Click the check mark to the left to accept changes
  5. Ok

How to edit the named range

To edit the named range, some measures that would be taken would be to go to the formulas tab, under the defined names group, access the Name manager button, click on current salaries, and the check mark to accept all the changes made.

Finally, press ok and the changes are effected. Whent this is done, the named range would have been edited.
