Which is not well liked amongst capitalist/free market circles including its sheer disregard for the civilian livelihood, directing all resources to war, thus causing price falls, food shortages, famine, crime, war and disorder. The most recent example is of the Bolshevik Red Army being able to win against the white armies due to War Communism, which bolstered its meager resources + other factors.
